Our traditions of service started over 30 years ago in 1981, when Victor and Grace Byas purchased Hull Funeral Home.  From that, Byas Inc. was formed. Byas Inc. is the realization of a dream of both Victor and Grace to serve the citizens of the MS Delta with heartfelt compassion and professionalism during their time of bereavement.

Today, Victor and Grace have joined in service with their sons, Victor II and Wellington.  The personal and professional care that has always defined their family service remain strong, and will continue into the future.  While time does bring about change to both communities and industries, it is comforting to know that the values upon which they were built remain the same.  Personal service, integrity, and honesty are the foundations on which Byas built this business in 1981. Today, these same values still guide the Byas Family to seek and provide the finest funeral service to those in need.  They firmly believe, “It’s Not Our Job, It’s Our Calling.”
